Date and Time Incorrect and Won't Change

If the Date And Time are incorrect and won't change it is due to a bad initial sync with the Network Time Protocol Server (NTP server).

This can only happen when initially setting up the device, when there is no previous data.

To correct this the time and date info must be wiped by removing the memory battery.

Follow the directions in the manual for battery replacement to remove the battery.

Keep the battery out and the unit unplugged for 3-5 minutes to ensure the memory is blank.

Reassemble the unit and rerun the setup.
