Current Version Updates.
If your logger has been sent for updating, future updates can be performed without sending you logger in.
To Update your logger:
Unplug and reconnect the logger, you must start the update process before five minutes of plugging the logger. As a safety precaution the logger will not accept incoming connections after five minutes.
Press the reset button to obtain the loggers current IP address (see manual).
On a separate computer using a browser Login to the loggers update page at http://[IP Address]/update (i.e. http://10.0.0.125/update).

Click "Get Info From Server"
Then
Click "Update Firmware"

The Screen will display the progress.
Once the logger reboots the update is complete.

If you cannot connect to the page:

Reset the logger and make sure the IP address is not all 0's
If it does connect to you network and you cannot reach this page
Your logger must be sent in.
Once updated you will give you the ability to perform future updates as above.

Get your Unit Updated
If you have been affected by the Dropbox update, you will need to send your unit in to be updated.
This update cannot be done at your location it must be sent in.

Please send in your logger only. We do not need the SD card, cable or any other accessory. This is for both the Midmark and Tuttnauer units.
We are offering this update free of charge for all units whether or not you unit is under warranty.
